All of your credit card information is
processed on the secure servers of our reseller,

an internationally renowned Credit Card Processing Company. We never
see any of your confidential information and no confidential information
about you will ever be stored anywhere on our server.
I like your offer and I tried to pay by
credit card using link at Secure Signup page. Your reseller, 2checkout.com,
rejected my card while I have a valid credit card. What should I do?
You can retry with carefully entering your
name, address, zip code, credit card number and specially the security code
(for Visa/Master card) as per your bank record. Incorrect Security code,
sometimes called CVV code, is the main reason for the most rejections.
I don't have a credit card. How can I
purchase membership? Do you accept money orders / bank transfers etc?
You can also pay by digital check if you have a
US personal or business checking account. Paying by check does slow down
your order somewhat, as the order will not be
fulfilled until the funds are cleared by your bank. It typically
takes at least 7 business days for a check to clear. After receiving
clearance from your bank, your account will be created and you will be
informed accordingly. No other method of payment is available yet.
When I purchase membership of SureTest,
how and when will I access it?
Instantly, after approval of credit card, your
purchased product is added to your subscription list. You can use SureTest
membership immediately to download the Full MCSE braindumps and study guides
etc. A welcome email is sent immediately containing necessary
instructions.
Will I get a receipt for my purchase?
You are automatically emailed a receipt when
you complete your purchase.
I am a valid member, but I forgot the
password to the Member Area. What should I do?
Click on the Forgot
your password?, enter your username or email address in the
forgot password form. Your login information will be sent to your email
address. If you don't receive this email, most probably your ISP is blocking
our emails. In this case send an email to support@sure2pass.com
with your order number/email address registered with us.
A logon screen is displayed repeatedly
asking for my username / password when I click on link in my subscription
list or in click on download link in special package in members area, as I
am already logged on. Why this happens?
This may happen if you have multiple
subscription, you have to enter your username / password for each product
separately. It is a special security feature for each product provided by
web server.
I can login to the Membership Information
page, but when I click on the link for my active subscription, it shows an
empty page with error. How to get in?
This may happen if your username or password
contains some special character like "/", @, # etc. At the
membership information page click on the Change Profile link, change your
password, so that it contains alphabet, numeric, underscore, hyphen, *, +
only.
I've downloaded study guides / questions
but I can't open them! What should I do?
All study guides / questions which you can
download, are PDF documents, compressed with Winzip. If it asks for a
password, apply the password provided in the welcome email. You will need
the Winzip software to decompress them, and the latest version of Acrobat
Reader to open them. Winzip can be downloaded from www.winzip.com.
Acrobat Reader is free and can be downloaded from Adobe.

When I try to open the study guide /
downloaded questions, I get an error message that states: "There was an
error opening this document. The viewer cannot decrypt the document",
what is wrong?
This error message is displayed when you use an
older version of Acrobat Reader to open a document that has been encoded
with the latest version of Adobe Acrobat. You must download Adobe Acrobat
Reader 5.0 or above to open such documents. You can download a free version
Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.x from Adobe.
